Thank you for choosing Wednesdays Coach. We are committed to providing high-quality, personalized advocacy and consultation services. Please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.
Scheduling

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Services will not begin until payment has been successfully processed.
Document Submission
For services requiring record review, including IEPs, 504 Plans, evaluations, meeting preparation, and consultations, all relevant documents must be uploaded within 24 hours of submitting your payment.

A shortened review period if documents are received late.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted are complete and legible.
Meeting Preparation
Please provide any meeting notices, draft IEPs, evaluations, prior meeting notes, correspondence, or other relevant records that will assist in preparing for your meeting.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
